At Belgium Wine Watchers, every bottle is carefully packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. We use professional packaging designed specifically for wine transport, making the risk of breakage extremely low.

Shipping Management

All shipping options are managed automatically through our DHL API integration. This ensures that you always receive the most efficient, secure, and cost-effective delivery method available for your location.

Reporting Damage

If any bottles are damaged during transport, please report this immediately upon receipt and include the damage report issued by the carrier.

All deliveries are automatically covered under CMR transport conditions, meaning that compensation for damage is calculated according to the carrier’s official terms.

For complete peace of mind, we recommend selecting the Full Insurance option during checkout. This ensures that any damage or loss is fully compensated or replaced, provided the items are still in stock.

Important: Belgium Wine Watchers is never liable for any shipping delays, damage, or loss once the order has been handed over to the carrier. All liability for transport lies with the delivery company under CMR terms.

All shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout, based on your delivery destination and the total order size.

Delivery Times

Orders placed and paid before 12:00 p.m. are processed, securely packaged, and dispatched the same day.

Typical delivery times:

  • Benelux: 1-2 working days
  • Europe: 3-5 working days
  • Outside Europe: 7-10 working days
  • United States : 5-12 working days
